Shipping, Handling, & Packaging

All products are shipped via Canada Post within 2 business days of purchase. We handle product with the utmost care and everything is packaged well.

Shipping is based on a flat rate of $3.75 USD. The only exception to this flat rate is the lavender animals. The shipping cost of these is $7.50 USD.

An e-mail will be sent to you once the products have been shipped.

Delivery Time

All products are shipped usually with Canada Post's Expedited Service (Canada) or Canada Post's USA Small Packet. Delivery time depends on where you live.

Shipping Locations

We only ship at this time to Canada and the United States.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns are accepted for books within 14 days. As for other products, due to the nature of the product, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We only accept PayPal at this time. If you pay through PayPal with a credit card, charges will appear on your statement as Zators Natural Treasures
